Attractive redcurrant-coloured Ros, intense nose showing fruity aromas of banana, pear and pineapple. The palate is rich, smooth and well balanced. Long and delicious finish.
Special extra mention must be made of Bodegas Baigorri’s unique blend of traditional philosophy based around quality and state-of-the-art technology. The building is cleverly constructed to aid the winemakers produce the best wine from the grapes.
This ultra modern winery is carved out of the mountain, with a top floor entrance that has outstanding panoramic views over the vineyards, to the Ebro river valley and the rocky crests of the Cantabrian mountain range beyond; beneath this, there are six floors designed to deal with the specific stages of winemaking and maturation.
