Old, dry-farmed, low-yielding bush vines that produce highly concentrated grapes. Fabulous nose of apple and spiced vanilla meets honeyed peach scents with overtones of lemon verbena and toast. The concentrated creamy palate is outstanding, with fat tropical and stone fruit flavours, tangy lemon zest and green apple acidity playing against a hint of sweetness in the lingering finish
