The pale Castelbello Medium White, Catarratto Terre Siciliane caresses the nose with elegant aromas of spicy citrus and exotic fruits. A medium dry, characterful Sicilian wine made from the indigenous Catarratto variety with a burst of harmonious flavours that are not unlike Chardonnay, perhaps with a touch of spicy peach and lemon peel. Very easy drinking and perfect with seafood!
