This wine reflects the Louis Jadot style, being silky textured yet full of plump fruitiness Aromas of small red berry fruit during its youth evolve to more complex aromas of spices and undergrowth with ageing. When young, it’s perfect when slightly chilled and paired with grilled or broiled red meat. After two or more years, it’s complexity makes it the ideal partner to more sophisticated dishes such as game or soft cheese
